December 2025: Michelle offers 2 escalating scary eruptions; Michelle also closes on and moves into her West Vancouver home which is less than 2 miles from my house.
12/27/2025: I write a break up letter to hold myself accountable to end it after the next (inevitable) explosion titled: In case of next Michelle Culhane meltdown.
12/31/2025: Blow up number 4 that morning. After 3 warnings and sincere attempts (on my side) to repair and grow, I break it off very clearly. As usual, she refuses boundaries and arrives at my home and won’t leave. I call 9-1-1 in front of her. She threatens my dogs as she leaves my yard. (All of this on camera footage). Onslaught of abusive texts from her covering every imaginable topic including the seeds of her lies she’ll spin soon to excuse her behavior. She picks up her bike and looks at my camera and calls me a See You Next Tuesday.
January 2026
I’m on partial FMLA from my job at Clark College starting in January 2026. I start reducing my load at my private practice: Wildheart Society.
1/2/2026: I return the 2 items I still had of hers with 2 of my friends video recording me doing so because with these days of distance, it’s clear to me that she has been chronically lying to me for over 2 months. Her disturbing and scary behavior gives clues to the kind of person I’m actually dealing with. And I could feel what was coming from her; I knew I had to start doing things differently from this moment on.
First week of January 2026: Michelle begins dropping notes that don’t match reality with creepy little gifts at my door step and mailbox. She talks to my dogs through the door. I send a very clear email to her on 1/4/2026 telling her the next response she will get from me is by way of police intervention.
Gifts and visits continue.
1/7/2026 @ 11:30am: Clark County Courts approve an ex parte order of protection for Michelle to stay away from me.
1/8/2026: Michelle Culhane arrested per order of protection. Vancouver Police Report Number 2026-000259
Second week of January: Michelle begins a huge DARVO cycle (that seems to still be going as of this post) *after* she is released from jail with GPS monitoring.
Late January: The first of many of Michelle’s former/current victims contact me.
First week February 2026: Michelle’s public smear campaign performance at a party hosted by Flying Monkeys causes significant impact on both a client and a trainee.
I email the only 2 Flying Monkeys I cared about (and that I even knew…the rest of them are essentially strangers to me) on 2/10/2026 with a final warning about Michelle, including the fact that I was now part of a growing pool of victims being revealed in Michelle’s past abusive behavior.
2/8/2026: Per witness statements to me and to police, Michelle Culhane hosted a party during which she tells people (including her new buddies from jail) where I live, drew a map of my (then) security blind-spots, and said that someone should “set fire to my shed or something.”
2/13/2026: The Defendant is arrested for protection order violation on 2/11/2026. Report Number 2026-002865
2/18/2026: SlanderConfetti.com goes live (I retro-post Facebook copy/paste to keep the integrity of the timeline of my only non-legal system engagement about the Defendant until this blog.)
March-May 2026:
4/10/2026: Court date for the Defendant walking around the restricted zone around me on NW 23rd for 90 minutes one Saturday she just “happened” to be there.
5/27/2026: Court dates are set. August 3 readiness hearing; jury trial August 14.
June 20206
6/9/2026: SlanderConfetti goes dark in preparation for August trial (a decision I made at the time because I was concerned about her trying to use it as another deflection tool when she got convicted). Unfortunately, the blog was down for her prime dating/hunting season: summer and Pride.
6/12/2026: I receive a letter from the Washington DOH Board indicating they will be investigating me for “Unprofessional Conduct” citing a complaint by one of her flying monkeys (name disclosed). Upon talking to investigator, it is clear to me that this is related to a February 2026 event that the Defendant was attempting to incite people’s sense of danger about me in her DARVO cycles, so she can enlist their misguided/malicious labor so she can harass me by proxy.
6/18/2026: I receive a Cease and Desist letter about SlanderConfetti.com from her civil attorneys. I make sure I own the domain for a decade. Then retain an excellent legal team to prepare for an Anti-SLAPP motion when I put the blog back up, now ASAP because of her C&D.
July 2026: She is arrested for a 3rd time on 7/1/2026. She told the cops that because she didn’t want to drink and drive she took a ride share home and accidentally went through a violation zone (though the report appears to suggests something different: Report Number 2026-011964).
7/10/2026: There are 84 buffer zone violations across 5 hours. She is bouncing in and out of the “legal” zone of 2000ft of restricted areas, but her device warns her each time with a (according to the GPS monitoring company) “very loud noise” emitted from the device strapped to her ankle since January. This is such perturbing behavior.
7/11/2026: I attend the annual Saturday in the Park at Esther Short; hoping that I might be able to occupy a space I attend yearly (which she knows), even if she’s there and attempt to have a decent experience with hope that the crowd will distance us. I left after 90 minutes, my friends walked me to my car which I parked in a place that had 3 security cameras on it. During Pride season I chose to not engage the police around Queer community events. Something I am questioning now.
7/14/2026: 37 buffer violations across 3 hours. I call this behavior ‘pacing.’ I alert the District Attorney.
7/18/2026: I attend the Inferno Pride event in Portland at 105 NW 3rd Avenue. (Again, parking under several security cameras, as is my practice since February.) She arrives well after I did. I ask my friends to walk me to my car after my app alerts me to her presence. I continue to not dispatch police to a Pride event. My friends took great care of me. But one of them got body checked by a flying monkey later.
7/20/2026: I make fence quote and security system appointments because I notice excessive drive-bys of my house.
7/21/2026: I finally file a complaint against her licensed mental health therapist to the Washington DOH board due to my longtime knowledge of what appears to be a long-term, unethical relationship he has with his client, the Defendant. Includes photos that document my basis for this concern. FYI: as a licensed person, I have an ethical obligation to report fellow licensees to the board for ethically questionable behavior. And, she cannot get real help if a troubled professional is occupying the space of her therapist. My hope is that a thorough investigation will clarify what 3 people have described to me as a problematic relationship Michelle has with her therapist–an opinion I share based on things she told me about their “work” together.
7/24/2026: Video evidence shows a person setting my car on fire in my driveway that evening. My little car named Stella went Supernova because of this and likely related dangerous behaviors still being investigated.
My insurance company paid for a rental car that I was so uncomfortable parking in front of my home that I parked it far away and returned it early.
August 2026
8/3/2026: Trial date is set over to September 2026.
8/19/2026: Flying Monkey Zero caught on cameras driving by my house.
My car was totaled by the insurance company and all is settled for me (there are still subrogation processes in preparation of determining “whoever” was responsible for the fire).
I am not getting a car for the foreseeable future. I am being cautious about where and when I spend my time/where I sleep. I am trying to live my life the best I can under this relentless onslaught.
