08/04/2026: Calcinatio

calcined; calcining transitive verb
: to heat (something, such as inorganic materials) to a high temperature but without fusing in order to drive off volatile matter or to effect changes (such as oxidation or pulverization).

I didn’t go to war with Michelle Elizabeth Culhane.

I simply walked away from a person unworthy of a single moment more of my attention and life force on 12/31/2025. And kept walking. The very best thing I have done in my life. And I’m fairly accomplished compared to some.

Since then, she has been chasing me. And because she is behind me, I don’t even have to see her. Only evidence of her that wafts like smoke ahead of me. Reverse breadcrumbs of court-dates; in-the-moment Empower App pings, and consequent weeks in jail I get notified about; me choosing to walk out of a Pride dance party to “Freedom” by George Michael (rather than feed the Bread and Circus Crowd)–I feel like he gave me that from up there…thanks, dude. So utterly apropos of this nonsense.

As I keep walking into my 8 months later without having to look at her face, she relentlessly, petulantly throws everything she can generate my way–either directly or indirectly. Begging for me to look. No way. Only at her postponed trial. See you there, whenever the cowardice subsides enough or the Judge won’t allow any more doddering legal machinations.

That is what the return of this blog is about. Looking ahead, dealing with what she tosses like accelerant and gets matches to light against it. Metaphorically speaking, of course.

I’ll be writing from the relative comfort of a First Amendment rights position (see here RCW 4.105.020; my legal team apprised her attorney on 8/3/2026); from my position as a licensed psychologist who is doing the one thing I can to offer clients/trainees a place to go in the event they hear the sometimes inchoate lies of a very cruel and/or unwell person with a lot of unearned means at her disposal for a few more years; and as a woman who cares about living inside of integrity which includes protecting a beautiful Self and her beautiful Life.

I have not lost a single person of quality to this experience. And that will continue, because her lies only work on her flying monkeys and the people who need her to be a victim as much as she does–which includes hiding in her midst as her allies, to avoid becoming one of Michelle Culhane’s MANY targets. (I knew you were there. I hope each of you are brave/safe enough to get out someday.)

Ultimately, it is unnecessary for me to influence anyone else’s opinion of me or Michelle beyond telling the truth (over and over and over–no matter the explosive response) and living with integrity as I vow to continue to do so until this is over.

When I told someone recently that I deeply don’t care about anyone’s opinion of me, except for my many Dear Ones, she said: “That’s a superpower I wish I possessed.”

It’s not a superpower. It’s actual strength from putting in reps: building strong relationships with people who recognize who you actually are and value you–most especially yourself –and– deciding to stop wringing (and warming) your hands over dumpster-fires (like her drama or more worthy happenings in the world) and turn toward what needs mending, healing attention, or full-on demolition.

The time of sidelining is so very long over, Dear Ones and the rest of you. And though I won’t judge any of you who won’t join me in the arena–if you don’t have a needle and thread, a sledgehammer, or a water bottle for those of us putting in the work to create change along the way, I’ll observe you sitting disturbingly close to the Bread and Circus crowd–they’ve got good quiche and BloodyMarys (the kind with a tater-tot on top). Just sayin’.

RETURN HOME

Please only ‘Like’ after caution and with intention. The person we’re dealing with here (per the reports of so many women, that I’ve stopped posting tallies of) has a long history of vindictive retaliation at any perceived slight (which includes perceived alliance with me).

For this reason, my process all along has been to NOT post any comment you all make on my posts. However, a ‘Like’ isn’t something I can undo for you. So, if you choose to do so, may it be for your own wise purposes. I continue to recommend to folx: Let’s see how the current restraining orderS and violations will be handled at this level of court before drawing unnecessary attention/fire from the defendant before it can be helpful to you.
