02/17/2026: Michelle E. Culhane Court Update

Hi Dear Ones:

StalkerMC is getting out on bail today with “intensive supervised release.” This includes GPS monitoring and regular in person check ins with law enforcement.

The judge stated for the court record if she violates the protection order again, he will set bail so high she will not be able to get out of jail next time. Her next court date is March 24, 2026, with Judge Sleight at Clark County District Court.

This brief reprieve with her in jail a second time for 6 nights has helped me get clear about some changes I want to make to put her in the tiniest part of my mind and life possible—which she doesn’t deserve, but will temporarily continue to occupy.

The most conspicuous is that I will rarely post updates here about her, if ever. Instead, I have secured a domain name for a blog that will publicly document my journey through the legal system and serve as a way for my former and current clients to have a fuller picture of who she is and what she’s been up to (did I mention her slander and libel have already affected my clients and professional impression? The LGBTQ+ community is so tiny. Her words and behavior damages the mental health and wellness work folx do/have done with me.)

Welcome to SlanderConfetti.com

Building it today. After that, all Michelle Elizabeth Culhane -related public record information and my federally protected free speech about it will be on that page. So that I may return to basking in the other horrors of the world—with episodic gorgeousness and humor on social media platforms.

“Please only ‘Like’ after caution and with intention. The person we’re dealing with here (per the reports of so many women, that I’ve stopped posting tallies of) has a long history of vindictive retaliation at any perceived slight (which includes perceived alliance with me).

For this reason, my process all along has been to NOT post any comment you all make on my posts. However, a ‘Like’ isn’t something I can undo for you. So, if you choose to do so, may it be for your own wise purposes. I continue to recommend to folx: Let’s see how the current restraining orderS and violations will be handled at this level of court before drawing unnecessary attention/fire from the defendant before it can be helpful to you.”
